Donations

The Library accepts monetary gifts as well as gifts of books and other useful items.

Donations are tax-deductible. The library is able to provide you with a receipt for tax purposes; however, we cannot assign a dollar value to non-monetary donation. For further information, please refer to our Gifts Policy.

 

Donate Books

The library accepts donations of books and other items through the Friends of the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library, a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization committed to supporting and advocating for the Library.

Please do bring donations directly to the Friends Book Sale, downstairs in the Community Center, during book sale hours.

Please do not put donations in the book drop, on the bench in front of the book drop, or behind the library.

 

Donate Money

The continued support of generous patrons like you shapes the Library’s present and future. Monetary gifts allow us to purchase special items or pay for programs that are beyond our normal means. Your gift helps keep these services FREE.

The library welcomes gifts in recognition or memory of an individual. A gift made in one’s name is a meaningful way to mark a special occasion or to remember or honor a beloved family member, respected friend, or colleague. When you make a gift in recognition or memory, we will send your honoree or their family a thank-you card acknowledging your generosity. Upon request, purchased materials may receive a nameplate.
